Par IE Sushi and Teppanyaki Restorāna interjera dizains
IE Sushi and Teppanyaki ir izsmalcināts japāņu virtuves restorāns Honkongā.

- To combine two different extreme styles in this restaurant is a challenge. The minimalism of Japanese culture and the larger than life style of Art Deco sounds contradict to each. Designer has to make smart selection on the two styles to make customer accept this new Japanese fine dining experience. On the technique, the ceiling height is low, the requirement of multi ventilation, and sound absorption are main challenge.

- Iedvesma
