About Lakeville Regency Residence Dzīvojamās telpas interjera dizains

Lakeville Regency rezidence ir privāta dzīvojamā māja, kas atrodas Šanhajas, Ķīnas, centrā. Interjers veidots mūsdienīgā koloniālā stilā. Visā telpā tiek izmantots melnā un baltā kontrasts. Izmantotie materiāli ietver terraco, kas sagriezts nelielos ķieģeļveida gabalos, austu tekstūras papīru un slēģus ar Tālo Austrumu arhitektūras detaļām. Viesistabā ir minimālistiskas salas un piekārts kamīns. Tādas detaļas kā slēptas durvis un kontaktligzdu paneļi risinātas minimālistiskā veidā, saglabājot funkcionalitāti, netraucējot telpas atmosfēru. Rezidences platība ir 280 kvadrātmetri.

Unique Properties: This is a private residence in the style of the Far East Colonial.The colors are contrasted with black and white.The materials, such as terrazzo cut into small bricks, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, all show a strong oriental flavor and colonialism.

Production Technology: Besides, the overall space is modern and minimal.The minimalist islands and hanging fireplaces in the living room not only show the philosophy of the "Zen", but also show the sophisticated and elegant side of owner.
Design Challenge: It is extremely challenging to create a colonial style design in the economic center of the East. After thinking, the design uses black and white as a contrast, the materials use small brick terrazzo, woven texture paper, and shutters with Far Eastern architectural style, showing a strong oriental flavor and colonialism.
Research: We wanted to create a modern, minimalist colonial style space in Shanghai, the most prosperous city in China.The colors are contrasted with black and white. Inspiration: Shanghai is a place where Eastern and Western cultures converge.This project is located in the center of Shanghai.The interior space is designed in a colonial style.
Project Duration: The project finished in December 2020 in Shanghai, China.
Operation Flow: And then, the details of space also adopt minimalist processing methods, such as the concealed door and the socket panel, which satisfies the function while not destroying the overall atmosphere of the space.
