Par Laguna 182 Dzīvojamā ēka

Laguna 182 ir dzīvojamā ēka Itajaī, Santakatarinas štatā, Brazīlijā. Tornim ir divdesmit deviņi stāvi un četrdesmit viens dzīvoklis, kas izvietoti četrpadsmit dažādos stāvu plānojumos, ar diviem dzīvokļiem katrā stāvā. Fasādi veido izliektas un līkumainas līnijas. Konsoles betona terases maina savu novietojumu katrā stāvā, tāpēc katram dzīvoklim ir privāts dārzs. Ēkā aug dabiska veģetācija. Materiāli ietver betonu, stiklu, keramiku, cinkoto tēraudu, alumīnija kompozītmateriālu un sertificētu koksni. Dizaina mērķis ir samazināt ietekmi uz vidi un veicināt kopienas sajūtu.

Unikālās īpašības: Through an outline of curved and sinuous lines, with an unique terraces that switch in different positions on each floor, providing that each apartment has its own private gardens. This movement flows vertically throughout the building, surrounded by natural vegetation that integrate and becoming a prominent element in architecture, in the quality of life, in the same way that the building impacts the relationship of users with the sustainability, community, architecture and urban spaces.

The choice of materials reflects its design: white; green (from natural vegetation), marble accompany the lightness of the project and the wood brings in its base, on the first floor, a warm color, a necessary human invitation on the building's sidewalk.
