Par Popsitable Ēdamgalds
Popsitable ir galds, kas iedvesmots no saldējuma nūjiņas formas. Galda platums ir 2100 mm, dziļums 900 mm un augstums 720 mm. Katru detaļu veido noapaļoti stūri un taisnas līnijas, un kājas atgādina saldējuma nūjiņas platāko galu. N-veida balsts un savienota konstrukcija apakšpusē zem galda virsmas piešķir galdam stabilitāti. Galds izgatavots no karbonizēta bambusa koka – materiāla, kas top no jauna bambusa, kurš sasmalcināts pavedienos, apstrādāts augstā temperatūrā un spiedienā, pēc tam sasaistīts un karsti presēts. The designer cleverly transformed popsicle bamboo sticks, a small object that has deep memory for adults and children, into simple and elegant design. - What is Carbonized Bamboo Wood ? Is it Bamboo? Or Wood?
It is the revolution of “Bamboo”, a material seems to be traditional, somehow it is the result of High- Tech Material studies for more than ten years.
Our Material is taken from the raw bamboo, crushing into threads, followed by Carbonization with High temperature and pressure in order to process anti-rot and anti-pest. Finally, after soaking in green adhesive and hot pressing, here comes our Carbonized Bamboo Wood.Carbonized bamboo, crushed bamboo texture can be seen on the surface.
High density texture also can be noticed on the section. For SGS related tests, It was confirmed that the density was above 1.00 and the formaldehyde was within 0.05%.

- "Carbonized Bamboo Wood" is too hard to be shaped. The furniture factory almost give up to make a sample for us. luckily, we convince boss of furniture factory to help us finally.The accomplishments is amazing.

- When we started the project in Taiwan, there are more and more interior designers knew that they could use the eco-friendly material "Carbonized Bamboo Wood" into their projects.

- I believe many of us share the similar childhood memory : In a leisurely afternoon, no matter what flavor of the popsicle I took out from the freezer in the grocery store, the sweetness of my heart slowly flowed in the memory, always looking forward to finish that popsicle, hoping to see “Get one more for free” words written on the stick in Taiwan. This carries out a unique temperature within people.
