About Feicui City Lower Stacked Demonstrācijas dzīvokļa interjers

Feicui City Lower Stacked ir demonstrācijas dzīvokļa interjers, kas atrodas Meišaņas pilsētā, Sičuaņā. Dizains aptver trīs stāvus: pirmā stāva augstums ir 3300 mm, otrā stāva augstums ir 3000 mm un pagraba augstums ir 5200 mm. Sākotnējās slēgtās kāpnes tika demontētas un pārbūvētas par atvērtām kāpnēm, kas savieno visus trīs līmeņus vienotā veselumā. Pārseguma plātne un ažūri izgriezti atvērumi sadala augsto pagrabu vairākās izmantojamās zonās. Spoguļi uz atsevišķām griestu un sienu daļām paplašina skatu. Akmens materiāls veido fona sienu un pusdienu galdu, bet mākslīgie augi veido zaļo sienu.

Unique Properties: The basement floor adopted floor slabs to form an indoor multiple space. At the same time, the basement floor has many hollow-carved designs to solve the storey height problem. The top and walls are partially designed with mirror surfaces to extend the interior space.
Dimensions & Packaging: It has 3 floors, the height of first floor is 3300MM, the second floor is 3000MM, and the basement is 5200MM.

Production Technology: We use a large area of rock materials as the background wall, dining tables and other areas instead of traditional stone materials. The indoor is decorated with high-simulation green plants as the green wall to make the basement floor full of vitality.
Design Challenge: The challenges were the 3-storey space and the high basement, how to efficiently use the space and make customers feel free in the space.
As a result, the original relatively closed staircase was demolished and rebuilt into a more open staircase. The staircase connect to the entire 3-storey space to integrate them as a whole, and the staircase also became the highlight of the entire space design. To set up a floorslab in the mezzanine enriches the functional settings, while the top and wall mirrors settings are used to solve the problem of space vision.
Research: Project background: it is the showroom display of the real estate company, a sales prop to show to the customers.
The original building was a foreign-style house with duplex apartment structure.
Inspiration: Small house manifests large space, and creates a modern lifestyle.
