About Szhk Science and Technology Project Augstceltnes biroju ēka

Szhk Science and Technology Project ir augstceltnes biroju attīstības projekts Šeņdžeņā, Ķīnā. 250 metrus augstā galvenā ēka atgādina Ķīnas platānas izplešanās formu, savukārt tirdzniecības podijs ir veidots kā koki, un tā fasāde atbalso platānas lapas. Dizains veido 24 stundu dzīves, atpūtas un darba telpu loku ar kopienas veselības centru, koku mājas grāmatnīcu, spēļu centru un mākslas centru. Dabiskā ventilācija, perforēti alumīnija fasādes paneļi, zaļais podija jumts un saules ūdens sildīšanas sistēma uz jumta samazina enerģijas patēriņu.
