Par Port Brīvdienu māja

Port ir 201,6 kvadrātmetru liela brīvdienu māja Kaosjunā, Taivānā, ar skatu uz ostu. Sākotnējais divu guļamistabu plānojums tika pārveidots par trīs guļamistabu plānojumu, lai ģimene un draugi varētu ērti uzturēties. Drēbju skapis kalpo kā siena starp divām guļamistabām, kas ietaupa vietu, nodrošina papildu uzglabāšanas iespējas un samazina skaņas pārnesi. Dzīvojamā zona piedāvā trīs pulcēšanās vietas: dīvāna zonu, ēdamgaldu un bāru, kas izvietoti pretējos galos. Melnais tonis, režģa griesti un melns spogulis zem sijas samazina zemo siju vizuālo smagumu, savukārt izliektās formas mīkstina interjeru.

To adjust the two-bedroom layout to three bedrooms, so that the family and friends could stay comfortably in the vacation.

Ražošanas tehnoloģija: The owners have considered the structural problems such as low beam lines and large beams and columns. Therefore, the practice of not capping the roof is adopted, and the top surface is decorated with grille and flat nail ceiling, which avoids further compression of the height of the house while beautifying. Moreover, it starts from the color, to use the black color with retraction function, and then installs a black mirror at the bottom of the beam.
Dizaina izaicinājums: The living room is designed with black tone and iron elements. Although it achieves the effect of hiding the roof beam and focusing the sight on the window scenery and furniture, it also creates a cool texture virtually. In order to avoid the space atmosphere is too hard and cold, the arc shape is appropriately added in the decoration, so as to play the role of softening the overall environment and adding a soft atmosphere.
Pētījums: To meet the accommodation needs of a family of four members, one bedroom is divided into two bedrooms to achieve the purpose of increasing a bedroom. However, the engineering method of using bricks to form the compartment is abandoned, but using the wardrobe as a room wall, which avoids adding a new wall to compress the bedroom area, and just like adding a sound insulation equipment because of the hanging clothes in the wardrobe, while providing storage spaces for two bedrooms, with better effect of blocking the sound transmission.
Iedvesma: In everyone's heart, there is a port for freedom, just like ship enters port. The house is located in the bay area of Kaohsiung, with a panoramic view of the Kaohsiung Harbor. The decoration not only creates a high-level luxurious black tone and the basic life quality and functions, but also highlights the beautiful scenery of sea and sky outside the window. The detail of construction method matches this case very well, which is the focus of the design.
Projekta ilgums: The project took 7 months and was finished in May 2024 in Kaohsiung.

Therefore, by observing the habits of male and female owners, it is found that they prefer to communicate with their friends in different places. The dining table and the bar are specially placed at both ends to create a living area layout of three reception spaces, including the sofa zone. The male host is used to gathering with relatives and friends in the dining place, while the hostess, who likes to make tea and cook light food to entertain friends, uses the bar as the main gathering place.
