Par Riva Villa
Riva Villa ir trīs līmeņu rezidence, kas organizēta ap skulpturālām spirālveida kāpnēm, kuras paceļas cauri divkāršā augstuma iekštelpu dārza ātrijam. Vertikālais tukšums nostiprina plānojumu, virzot kustību un ierāmējot daudzslāņainus skatus. Nepārtraukts koka apvalks uzlabo akustisko komfortu, savukārt monolīti akmens apjomi ar precīzi kalibrētu smagumu piešķir stabilitāti galvenajām funkcijām. Smalkas metāla detaļas un slāņainais apgaismojums ar kontrolētu žilbināšanu rada izsmalcinātu klusa greznuma atmosfēru, kas mainās no dzidras dienasgaismas līdz intīmām vakara ainām.

- Executed with high craft and minimal visual noise, the ribbon stair is engineered on a CNC-cut substructure and finished with seamless joints for a single-surface read. Layered lighting combines concealed LEDs, micro downlights, and dimmable pendants, with low-VOC finishes for low glare and healthy indoor air.
