About Forest of Art Famolavolana Tontolo Iainana
Forest of Art dia famolavolana tontolo iainana ho an'ny toerana mirefy 2000 metatra toradroa ao Taichung, Taiwan, vita tamin'ny Oktobra 2020. Ny toerana dia mipetraka eo amin'ny fihaonan'ny valan-javaboary telo, eo amin'ny zorony afovoan-tanàna manoloana ny lalan-tsara mankany amin'ny sekoly. Ny trano dia navadika 45 degre mba hitodika mankany amin'ny sekoly eo amin'ny lafiny mihodina, izay mamela habaka bebe kokoa ho an'ny fambolena. Ireo boaty fambolena voalamina amin'ny endrika mihodinkodina dia manodidina ny lalan-tsara eny amin'ny habakabaka izay mifandray amin'ny alokaloka. Ny fambolena maro sosona eo amin'ny fidirana dia mahatonga ny zoron-dalana hiseho toy ny ala mifandray amin'ny lalan-tsara eny amin'ny habakabaka.

- Production Technology
- The interior space on the second floor is planned with a loop layout which enables people to walk back and forth in the space and to be surrounded by the view. The loop layout enriches the unique and interesting sensation of the narrow space, combining the space tightly with the design core.
- Design Challenge
- The landscape space is limited after planning the architecture; to solve the problem, the design team turned the building 45 degrees to face the school on the diagonal side and left the space for landscape.
- Inspiration
- An art country hidden in the city. The design core is inspired and elaborated from the fairy tale, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Accompanying the urban landscape, the indoor and outdoor scenes well interprets the artistic resentence with design and story.
- Project Duration
- The project finished in October 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- The planter boxes arranged in arc surrounds the sky walkway connecting with the arbours, which brings out the layers of the building. Besides, the multi-layer planting matching the arc sky walkway at the entrance makes the streetscape at the corner seem to be a forest connected with the skyway.
