About Mindelo Trano Mitokana

Ny aingam-panahy dia avy tamin'ny filana sy ny safidin'ny mpanjifa, avy amin'ny toerana eo akaikin'ny morontsiraka, ary avy amin'ny fomba fiainana tiany. Avy tamin'ny fanorenana taloha tamin'ny taona 80, dia teraka ny trano vaovao. Naorina tanteraka indray, nohavaozina, ary nohamaoderinina, samy nanaovana fanavaozana feno ny ivelany sy ny anatiny tamin'ny fomba maoderina nefa nanaja sy naingam-panahy avy amin'ny taona sy ny toetran'ny trano. Ny fanavaozana dia nanova ny trano 40 taona ho lasa trano amoron-dranomasina maoderina nefa kilasika izay manana ny fampiononana rehetra amin'ny fiainana maoderina.

Unique Properties: From an old 80's construction a new house was born. Fully reconstructed, updated, modernized, both outside and inside suffered full renovation in a modern style though respecting and inspired in the house age and character.
Tags: up-to-date, modern, refurbished, rehabilitation
Design Challenge: A very old and depleted house with poor construction techniques previously used. We had to turn it into a beatiful home for a new and modern family.
Inspiration: Our inspitration came from the clients' needs and preferences, from the location just by the beach, and from our kind of favourite lifestyle.
Project Duration: 2 years. Mindelo, Vila do Conde, Northern Portugal
Operation Flow: This rehabilitation is impressive because it transformed a 40 year-old house into a modern though classical beach house with all the comforts of modern life.
