About M Two Trano

Ny M Two dia trano miorina eny amin'ny sisin-tanàna iray eny an-kavoana any Limassol, any Sipra. Ny endrika sy ny akora ampiasaina dia mifanaraka amin'ny tontolo voajanahary manodidina ary manaja ny fomba fanaovana trano fanaon'ny vohitra nentim-paharazana, saingy misy endri-javatra maoderina koa. Ny lamin-drafitry ny trano dia manaraka ny endrika "pi" nentim-paharazana, izay mamela fikorianana milamina sy mifanaraka amin'ny filan'ny olona eo anelanelan'ny ao anaty sy ivelan'ny trano. Mifangaro ny sehatra ho an'ny fianakaviana sy ny sehatra ho an'ny daholobe, saingy samy manana ny asany manokana ary mahazo miaro tsiambaratelo raha ilaina. Misy faritra fipetrahana efatra izay ahafahana mankasitraka ny endrika rehetran'ny fahitana ny tendrombohitra sy ny ranomasina. Ny lokon'ny trano dia mampiasa endrika voajanahary toy ny beige, volontany, maitso ary manga.

Behind the Design

Unique Properties: Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
Inspiration: The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
Project Duration: Two years Limassol Cyprus
