About Lakeside Living Trano Sy Zaridaina

Ny Architecture dia ny haneho fifandraisana amin'ny natiora izay ao an-trano dia tafiditra ao amin'ny tontolo voajanahary - ny mandrafitra lakeshore miaraka amin'ny fidirana am-pitandremana ary ny hazo vita amin'ny hazo tsotra izay mipetraka tsara am-pitiavana eo amin'ny sehatry ny fialofana. Ny aloky ny hazo miavaka amin'ny hazo efa misy dia miditra amin'ny habaka. Ny faritra bozaka dia toa manitatra ny ao anaty trano. Ny tanjon'ity tetikasa ity dia ny fananganana Architecture Organic amin'ny alàlan'ny fanehoana ny toetran'ny tranokala, ny fanaingoana ny habaka sy ny fitaovana, ny famolavolana maivana ary ny fanamafisana ny kalitao manokana sy ny sehatra malalaka.

Unique Properties: A Summerhouse with garage, a boathouse and a Sauna perfectly integrated in to the lake shore. Natural aging materials support the concept 'Gesamtkunstwerk', where the Architecture, Garden and Interior spaces are in perfect harmony. The building is composed of a concrete body and a crafted wooden shell with a light axis running through it ending in a pier at the lake. The site was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.
Dimensions & Packaging: Lake site dimension- 6.000 sqm, 50m shore an 2000 sqm wet meadow had been renaturated by cutting off the drainage system.

Production Technology: The lake side was re naturalized with grasses. Wooden walkways lead to a boathouse and a generous Terrace overlooking the lake.
Design Challenge: The lake clay was the most difficult part for constructing of the boat house and foundation of the main house.
Research: We tried to reinterprete the athmosphere of the surrounding wetland area which is famous for its original beauty. It means only grasses, lillys and Filipendula ulmaria as mass plantation
Inspiration: The dream of the owners was to build a house onto the narrow lake site which has a close connection to nature combined with a Japanese atmosphere. The Japanese culture reflects a feeling of sophistication, perfection in detailing, open flowing spaces and the accommodation of changing seasons. The aim of the architect was to design a Gesamtkunstwerk where the Architecture is to express a strong relationship to nature in which the house is part of the natural environment.
Project Duration: 2011 - 2013, lake Starnberg, Bavaria, Germany
Operation Flow: It is a low maintenance, natural hideaway for an old couple.
