About Skgarden Villas Te Whakawhanaketanga Noho
I tukuna e te kaiwhakawhanake Lebanana Can Do Contractors, ko Skygarden Villas kei runga i te pari o Yalıkavak. I a koe e rapu ana i te ahua o te hoahoanga, ko te whainga ko te hanga hanganga ngawari me te whaitake mai i te mahi, te hanga me te tirohanga whakangao. Kei roto i nga kaainga nga taupee, nga matapihi papa-ki-te-tuanui me nga papa e whakaatu ana i nga tirohanga panorama o te moana Mediterranean. Ko nga roto o te whare i hangaia kia rere mai i roto ki te noho o waho, me te mau tonu te whakaaro mo te noho muna.

- Design Challenge
- Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
- Research
- Commissioned by Lebanese developer Can Do Contractors, Skygarden Villas are nestled on a cliff of Yalıkavak. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces providing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
- Inspiration
- The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas wit maximum panoramic views while being able to maintain sizeable gardens. To respond to the challenge, eleven unique villas are designed in this development. Each with its own idyllic Aegean Sea view, these exquisite villas make Bodrum’s overwhelming natural beauty accessible from the comfort of fully furnished private residences.
- Project Duration
- The project started in May 2018 in Bodrum, Turkey, and will be finished in 2020. Currently, it is under construction.
- Operation Flow
- Each villa has been designed for their respective locations to make the best of the geographical
advantages of the area. The villas feature balconies and terraces where residents can enjoy the
stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The floor-to-ceiling windows contribute to the
luminosity of the interiors and offer excellent panoramic views. The - Patents
