About Food in Nature Whakaahua Kai

Ko Kai i te Taiao he kaupapa whakaahua kai i hangaia mō tētahi wharekai kaimoana i Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. E whakaatu ana te huinga whakaahua i ngā rīhi o tētahi tahua kai rangatira hōu, ā, kua whakawhiwhia ki ia rīhi tōna ake whakatakotoranga me tōna ake kōrero. Ko te ariā matua he hono i te kai ki te taiao mā te whakaatu i ngā puawai ngoikore e tupu ana mai i ngā kōhatu maroke, he āhuatanga e tohu ana i te ora me te tupu. Kua whakanuia ngā tae kanapa o ngā puawai me ngā āhua rerekē o ngā kōhatu. I whakamahia te rama hangai kia rite ki te rama e whakaata mai ana i te moana, ā, kia whakaatu i te hou o te kaimoana.

Research: How food can be combined with elements of nature such as flowers and stones is the core of this project.
