About X World Kākahu

He kākahu ariā a X World i whakaawea e ngā whakaahua hihi-X o ngā pēpeke. Ka whakawhiti te hoahoa i te angaanga o waho o te pēpeke hei āhua ka taea te mau, mā te whakatakoto i ngā paparanga o ngā hanganga rite ki te anga ki runga i te tinana tangata. I hangaia a X World mā te toi rama whare kīngi o Haina, he tikanga kua rārangihia hei taonga tuku iho ā-ahurea. Whai muri i ngā whakamātautau rauemi maha, i honoa he anga waea rino ki te tāhirihiri hiraka, he hononga māmā, ngāwari hoki. He ngohengohe engari he kaha te kākahu, ā, ka whakaatu i te whakaraerae hei momo whakamarumaru mō te wā poto.

The design of the work is derived from the first "X" light insect photos of photographer Nick Veasey. Starting from the materials and combination methods, I combined with the palace lantern technology of China's intangible cultural heritage. Finally, I chose the combination of the two materials, the skeleton made of iron wire and the silk gaux, which is both light and flexible. It has the aesthetic feeling of sensibility and rationality.

Operation Flow
Vulnerability is the body's natural "airbag" that turns it into protection when we are faced with a difficult or mentally challenging situation. I think of this protection as an insect exoskeleton attached to our bodies, providing a temporary sense of security. I made this "exoskeleton" into clothes. It's beautiful and fragile, thin and tough.
