Ko Rana tētahi takirua whakarongo i hoahoatia mō te mau ia rā. Ka whakaratohia e Rana he kōwhiringa āhua rua. Ka taea te whakawhiti me te tango i ngā whakapiringa iri, nā reira ka taea hoki te mau i ngā whakarongo hei kōpū. Ka honoa e te hoahoa te āhua pakari, hanganga o te hoahoanga hou ki te ātaahua tuku iho o ngā taonga mekameka ā-iwi. Design Challenge: To combine the bold, structured look of a modern architecture while maintaining the beauty of classically elegant traditional jewelry.
Research: In order to innovate the use of earrings, interchangeable backs is the most suitable platform to transform one look into another without changing the main design.
Inspiration: Rana was influenced by a love for modern architectural design, combined with an appreciation of the traditional beauty of ethnic jewelry. Rana embodies the bold, structured look of modern architecture while maintaining the beauty of classically elegant, traditional jewelry.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2019 in Indonesia and finished in January 2020.
Operation Flow: Everyday jewelry that features a dual look option. Dangle Attachments are interchangeable and can be worn as stud earrings.
