- Inenga & Pēketanga
- The architectural design of the Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park adopts a modular composition, where individual building volumes are interconnected by a curved corridor. This layout establishes a geometric dialogue that enhances the visual identity of the entire complex. The interplay between external form and massing brings out the unique architectural character of the project, while cleverly forging a multi scalar connection among the city, architecture, interior, and the people within.

- Modern Light Luxury, Low Saturation Contrasting Color Glass Wall, Aluminum Panel, Wooden Finish
- Hangarau Whakanao
- Some sections of the curtain wall feature vacuum glass and low E glass, which utilize their low emissivity characteristics to block heat radiation between indoors and outdoors, improving insulation performance. These materials also eliminate heat transfer through air conduction and convection, greatly lowering the glass’s thermal transmittance. At the same time, their superior optical performance ensures plenty of natural light while reducing glare, creating a bright yet comfortable working environment.

- The development of Feixi New Energy Vehicle Intelligent Industrial Park also aims to create a green and sustainable office industrial park. From the cultural symbolism of Wood and Stone to the theme of Dialogue Between Nature and Technology, the design thoughtfully integrates the core values sustainability, diversity, and techconology forward thinking into both architecture and interior spaces. It envisions a new model of future workplace that blends ecology, comfort, personalization, and environmental consciousnes.
