Tantang Yongqing Fang Grand Theater Renovation Desain Interior Ruang Pameran

Renovasi Yongqing Fang Grand Theater adolah desain interior untuak pusat pameran jo promosi investasi di Guangzhou. Teater ko marupoan landmark dari Yongqing Fang di Jalan Enning, sabuah jalan lamo nan alah direnovasi nan takenal jo merek-merek lamo nan lagendaris sarato pariwisata. Desain ko mampatentangan unsur lamo jo baru. Volume babantuak kotak manyusun ruang nan indak baraturan saluas 334 meter persegi. Lantai dasar dipakai untuak pameran proyek, samantaro lantai ateh digunoan untuak negosiasi. Bahan-bahan nan dipakai tamasuak lapisan kayu, cat putiah, panel aluminium hitam, jo ubin abu-abu. Pintu baja buram jo kaca manghubuangan bagian dalam jo jalan.

Sifat Unik: Yongqing Fang islocated in Enning Road, the core area of old Guangzhou. In recent years, Enning Road has been renovated, and gradually developed into a famous street full of time-honored brands that focuses on the tourism industry, even claimed as "the most beautiful old street in Guangzhou". As the Grand Theateris one of the landmarks of Yongqing Fang, the client expected to revitalizeit and make it serve as the investment promotion center of the whole renovation project.

Since the designers hope to impress visitors with greater visual impact, frosted steel is put into use as the door frame combined with transparent glass, thereby combining the indoor and outdoor landscape.

Inspirasi: The designers used the contrast of the old and the new, the past and the present to renovate the interior space. At the same time, various elements like light and shadow, and reality and fantasy are applied into the design.
In terms of space planning, boxes are used to form different functional divisions that can present changeable space structures while unifying the irregular spaces. The 1F is mainly used for project exhibitions. While the second floor is primarily designed for negotiation.
Durasi Proyek: The project started in September 2019 and finished in November 2019 in Guangzhou.
