About Co-real Smart Home Toko Utamo (Flagship Store)

Co-real Smart Home marupokan toko utamo (flagship store) sarato gedung kantua nan tarletak di Hangzhou, Cino. Proyek nan lueh nyo 1800 mater persegi ko marupokan hasil renovasi dari sabuah pabrik nan sederhana. Bangunan iko diparlakukan sabagai kotak putiah jo volume-volume nan jaleh baradaan di sakuliliang halaman tangah, sahinggo mambaikan identitas nan jaleh dalam lingkungannyo. Sabuah atrium nan tinggi mambukak aulo publik, nan mambantuak pusek sirkulasi horizontal jo vertikal. Lantai partamo manganduang ruang pamer produk sarato ruang contoh nan mambuliahkan satiok sistem rumah pintar dirasokan langsuang. Lantai kaduo marupokan aroa kantua nan lengkok.

Unique Properties: It is renovated from a simple factory, to be a white box with distinct volumes around a central courtyard, and unique from the surroundings. It conveys ideas about technology and life, as well as opening and sharing.
The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product showroom and the intelligent experience sample room of each system of Co-real Home Smart. The second floor is a comprehensive office area.

Production Technology: It is equipped with four constant systems, which ensures constantly stable temperature, stable humidity, stable oxygen and stable static of the whole space.
Design Challenge: How to renew an abandoned factory building, bring new vitality to the area with a new image, and increase the unique attraction for the enterprise.
Research: Refuse to be ordinary. Every part of design is always to seek for a larger possibility of space usage based on true demands from users.
Inspiration: Co-real Smart Home is one of the leaders in industry about energy saving and eco-lifestyle, providing customers with integrated solutions of intelligent and comfortable home system. Therefore, if we have to define it, we think it would be warm, bright, bold, free and comfortable.
The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.
Project Duration: Time: 2018.11 - 2019.8
Location: No.700 Gudun Road, West lake district, Hangzhou, China
Operation Flow: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished.
