About Modern Scenery Primary Function: Desain Interior Fasilitas Hunian

Modern Scenery adolah desain interior sabuah ruang fasilitas hunian saluas 460 meter pasagi di Changhua, Taiwan. Warna galok manjadi tema utamo, dipadukan jo tekstur alami batu. Batu tulih nan bamulo di pintu masuak manuntun ka sabuah lobi nan tarang jo laweh, jo lantai marmer kalabu-putiah nan aluih sarato kayu galok di ateh. Tingkok gadang di kaduo sisi mambaok masuak cahayo alami. Perabotan mananui bagian-bagian nan babeda dari ruang tarabuka. Sabuah lampu gantuang jo lungkuik-lungkuik nan indak baraturan manandoi bagian tangah, sarato sofa kuniang tarang nan manambahan kontras. Dindiang kaco mamisahan tampek olahrago sambia tatap mambia ruang tampak tarabuka.

Unique Properties: The dark-toned space as the main theme, through the change of depth and the natural texture of stone, stacks the thickness of the field, forming a natural and vivid modern scenery.

Production Technology: The slate that continues from the entrance sets the tone for the bright and spacious lobby. The smooth gray-white marble floor and the dark wood above constitute the frame of the space, allowing the sight to continue to extend. The large glass windows on both sides provide plenty of natural sunlight and create a sense of visual lightness. The open hall uses furniture to define areas with different functions.
Design Challenge: Each area has its own structure without interfering with each other, but echoing each other. The meeting rooms that need to maintain privacy adopt a low-key and exquisite style. The three-dimensional wall design is matched with black tables and chairs, and the large-area windows maintain the interior brightness.
Research: At the entrance, guests are welcomed with the image of circulating water. The circulating flowing water landscaping symbolizes the endless life and kinetic energy, and the contrast with it is the rock wall, styled in dark gray slate, it is rough and primitive, but it reveals the same vivid vitality. Mountains and waters are concealed as mountains and rivers full of Zen.
Inspiration: This design is based on rich and elegant cool-toned colors, creating a noble and stable atmosphere, with the designer's unique use of shades, creating a unique spatial tension; the ingenious mix and match of different textures further stimulates the harmony of Zen.
Project Duration: The project finished in March 2021 in Changhua, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: The designer decorates the space with creativity. In the center of the lobby is a chandelier with irregular curves, floating like clouds; the color-jumping sofa becomes a visual highlight, and the bright yellow brings vitality in a dark color. The gym is separated by glass walls with fixator, creating a sense of intimacy while maintaining the penetrability of the space.
