About Kama-Asa Shop Primary Function: Desain Interior Ritel

Toko Kama-Asa adolah desain interior ritel untuak sabuah toko nan manjua pakakeh dapua di Tokyo. Toko ko badasa pado kayakinan baraso paralatan nan rancak dibuek jo alasan nan rancak pulo, mangko ruangan ko manampilkan kaahlian dari tukang nan mambuek paralatan nan dipajangkan. Untuak mancerminkan gagasan tu, interionyo manampilkan kaahlian tukang bangunan. Rebar, sabatang basi baja bagurih nan biasonyo tasubunyi di dalam dindiang, manjadi elemen desain utamo. Sandaran tangan jo parabot dibuek dari rebar. Bantuaknyo sadarhano, tapi karajonyo tatap mambutuahkan kaahlian nan taliti.

Unique Properties: As Kama-Asa Shop's policy is set on belief that good tools are made for good reason, it delivers to the customers excellent skills of craftsmen, which make kitchen utensils.
Therefore, the most appropriate for the shop's space was to show architectural skills of craftsmen. The rebar that is usually hidden in the wall became the main design.
Handrails and furniture were designed with rebar. Although they are simple, they still require the use of craftsman skills.

Inspiration: Concept - the rebar

The rebar is a stick-shaped rolled steel material formed from irregular nubs called ribs and joints that are used as a building construction material.
