Interior iko marupokan bagian dari proyek parumahan nan ditingkekkan di Distrik Xindu. Kamar tidua asli dibongka untuak mampaluweh ruang tamu, sahinggo ruang di bagian masuak tampak lapang jo tarang. Garih-garih lengkuang digunoan untuak manyambunyian ambang pintu, struktur AC, dindiang panyangga, sarato saluran pipa, sahinggo tata letak manjadi lancar. Bahan nan dipakai taruso dari panel cat putiah, marmer, finishing kayu, kulik, sarato bajo cermin hitam.
