About 4.56 Desain Interior Lobi Perumahan
4.56 adolah lobi resepsi nan dirancang untuak sabuah bangunan perumahan. Lobi ko mampunyoi denah nan indak baraturan (non-rectangular), jo panjang 8,5 meter, lebar 7,3 meter, sarato tinggi 3 meter. Permukaan kaco nan gadang manambah cahayo alami masuak ka dalam ruangan. Dindiang putiah jo lantai abu-abu manciptokan ruangan nan tarang jo taraso lapang sacaro visual, samantaro elemen hitam sarato karya seni pilihan dari babagai senimannyo manambahkan kontras. Sabuah karya seni bakukuran gadang di baliak meja resepsi mangana-ngana ombak lauik di Pantai Juhu. Panghuni bisa langsuang manuju apartemen inyo malalui lift pribadi.

- Unique Properties
- The Lobby is white with maximum glass around to increase daylight. The space is designed with white walls and grey flooring and takes you to your apartment directly via a private lift.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The Lobby is a non rectagular space with a todal length of 8.5M and width of 7.3M and a height of 3M.

- The Lobby was designed with the help of heavy CAD-CAM to create the waves in parametric form. the bench was also made using robotic arm to create the fluid visual shape.

- the space was to be managed with an all white walls to create a bright and visually light space.

- the research for art and abstract paintings was done and curated as per the design.
- Inspiration
- The space was designed with an inspiration of black and white era with large white surfaces and black used as art elements. The space has art from various artists.

- the project started in july 2024 and was finished in dec 2024
- Operation Flow
- the space is all white walls with curated artworks and a grey flooring. the space replicated the sea waves of the juhu beach in a large artwork behind the reception desk.
