Liontinnyo mampalihatkan bungo mawar putiah nan dipasangi intan sarato batu delima merah, dipiliah untuak malambangkan kasuciaan jo gaduangan raso. Daun-daunnyo diukir dari ameh putiah 18 karat. Sabuah sensor denyut jantuang nan ketek dipasang di baliak bungo mawar tu, nan bafungsi mandeteksi denyut nadi urang nan mamakainyo dikutiko parhiasan iko malakek ka kulik. Sensor iko dihidupkan jo baterai mikro nan bisa diganti. Rancangan iko manggabuangkan kapiawaian tukang parhiasan tradisional jo elektronik nan ketek ukurannyo.

The primary challenge was to strike a balance between classic beauty and modern technology while capturing the story’s key symbols: fragility (represented by the white rose) and strength (represented by the red ruby).

Symbolism: The white rose, crafted with 2.5 carats of diamonds to symbolize delicacy, and the 1.2-carat red ruby, symbolizing passion, were designed abstractly in 18K white gold to steer clear of overly traditional or clichéd interpretations.
Modern Appeal: A heart rate sensor was subtly integrated behind the rose, adding an emotional and contemporary touch to the piece.
