Heart in Bloom adolah cincin nan tabuek dari ameh 18K jo dipasang batu safir bawarna persik babantuak hati saberek 1,1 karat. Struktur nan tabukak jo asimetris ko dapek manyasuaian jo babagai ukuran jari sarato tatap stabil malalui pambagian berek nan saimbang. Batu safir tu indak dipalakukan sabagai titiak fokus nan tatap, tapi muncua di antaro bantuak-bantuak bacabang nan sabagian malingkuang i batu tu. Cabang-cabang nan babantuak patuang manjulua kalua jo mambantuak hubuangan balapih-lapih nan maagiah raso ringan. Katiko suduik pandang barubah, hubuangan ruang antaro cabang-cabang jo batu tu pun barubah.
