The sales office is divided into two floors.The first floor is comprised by sand table area, model exhibition area, negotiation hall, VIP room children's area and bathroom. The second floor is comprised by office area and model rooms. On the right side of the sales office, the sales staff working area is located at the entrance side. The service desk is simple, and stable, with a strong sense of ritual, which makes customers feel solemn. Leading customers to the sand table area, they can have an enjoyable conversation in the antique and elegant atmosphere, the large space also makes customers not have a strong sense of pressure, and understand the project in a more relaxing way.
Taste a cup of tea, hold an ancient book, experience the mood of the ancients in poetry, feel the essence of life in Zen; retreat from worldly disturbance, put aside the troubles in life, and experience the freedom and purity of one's own life in a simple and quiet space.
