Кварк беше избран за архитектура и внатрешен дизајн на вилите Ловин Марис. Проектот се состои од 14 вили во модерен стил сместени во тивка, крајбрежна населба во Истанбул. Концептот за дизајн на Quarks за овој проект ги интегрира минималистичката естетика и удобноста со географската положба на вилите. Позиционирањето на вилите, со поглед на Мраморното Море, во комбинација со големи прозорци, ЛЕД осветлување на заливот и рефлектор нуди внатрешност пријателски настроена кон очите. Топлата палета на бои што се користи во вилите е надополнета со употреба на органски материјали и природни текстури.

- Unique Properties
- Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm.

- Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
- Research
- Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
- Inspiration
- Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
- Project Duration
- The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
- Operation Flow
- Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
