Avila Offices ഓഫീസ് ഇന്റീരിയർ ഡിസൈൻ എന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ച്
അവിലാ ഓഫീസുകൾ ബാഴ്സലോണയിലെ ഒരു ഓഫീസ് ഇന്റീരിയർ ഡിസൈൻ പദ്ധതിയാണ്. ഏഴ് നിലകളുള്ള ഒരു ഓഫീസ് കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ പൊതു ഇടങ്ങൾ പുതുക്കിപ്പണിയുന്ന ഈ പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഓരോ നിലയിലും ഏകദേശം 1,100 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്റർ വിസ്തീർണ്ണമുണ്ട്. ഓഫീസ് പ്രദേശം 1,062 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്റർ വ്യാപിച്ചുകിടക്കുന്നു. പരമ്പരാഗത വാണിജ്യ പരിഹാരങ്ങൾക്ക് പകരമായി പുതിയൊരു തുറന്ന ലോബി രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ മുൻഭാഗത്ത് നിന്ന് അകത്തേക്ക് നീണ്ടുകിടക്കുന്ന ഒരു പച്ച മതിൽ കാൽനടയാത്രക്കാരെ അകത്തേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ഗ്ലാസ് ഭിത്തികൾ തെരുവിൽ നിന്ന് ലോബി ദൃശ്യമാക്കുന്നു. ഈ പദ്ധതിക്കായി പ്രത്യേകം രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്ത ഫർണിച്ചറും വിളക്കുകളും അസംസ്കൃത ഉരുക്കിലും തടിയിലും നിർമ്മിച്ചവയാണ്, ഇത് ഇന്റീരിയറിന് ഏകീകൃതമായ ഒരു സ്വത്വം നൽകുന്നു.

- The entrance is dignified: the green wall runs from the facade to the interior inviting the pedestrian to enter the building. The glass walls make the lobby visible from the street. From this transparency, the permeability of these spaces is enhanced.

- The elements of the interior furniture (chairs, tables, reception furniture, ...) and lamps are specially designed for this project with raw steel and wood as the main materials. These same finishes were used in structural and cladding elements. In this way, it is possible to give identity and coherence to the project.

- All common spaces of the building are reformed (lobby, stairs, reception, bathrooms, solarium cover, ...) A new diaphanous lobby is proposed, avoiding conventional commercial solutions. The proposal maintains coherence both in terms of form and in the use of materials and construction systems.

- The project was created after winning a private competition to reform a seven floors office building of approximately 1,100 m2 each, in the 22@ district of Barcelona. The original building project was completed in 2002.

- This new reform was proposed to give the building more open and contemporary spaces. The exterior penetrates into the building, enhancing the feeling of tranquillity, well-being, and health. Spaces were designed as places not only to work but to be enjoyed, talked, shared ... Yet, suitable for synergies to arise and encourage motivation and creativity.
