ബൈ പോളാർ 2020-ലെ ശൈത്യകാലത്തിനായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ച ഒരു ഹ്രസ്വ ആനിമേഷനാണ്. സൈബീരിയയിലെ വ്യാവസായിക നഗരമായ നോറിൽസ്കിന്റെ പ്രാന്തപ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ, തന്റെ പതിവ് ആവാസവ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ നിന്ന് നൂറുകണക്കിന് മൈലുകൾ അകലെ, വിശന്നും ക്ഷീണിതനുമായ ഒരു യുവ ധ്രുവക്കരടിയെ അലഞ്ഞുതിരിയുന്നതായി കണ്ടതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള 2019-ലെ ഒരു വാർത്താ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഈ കഥയ്ക്ക് പ്രചോദനം ലഭിച്ചത്. ഓരോ രംഗത്തിന്റെയും അന്തരീക്ഷത്തിലും വികാരത്തിലുമാണ് ഈ ആനിമേഷൻ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നത്, സംഭാഷണത്തിന് പകരം സംഗീതമാണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. എല്ലാ ഗ്രാഫിക് ഘടകങ്ങളും ആദ്യം ഒരു ടാബ്‌ലെറ്റിലും കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറിലും ചിത്രീകരിച്ച ശേഷം ആനിമേറ്റ് ചെയ്തു. നല്ല കാലത്തും കഠിനമായ കാലത്തും ചില ജീവികൾ അവഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു എന്ന കാര്യം ബൈ പോളാർ ഓർമ്മിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

- I creat this animation for the 2020 Winter. I wish to give a warm remind to the world that there are always something, some creatures, being neglected, no matter during good or harsh time. May be we are actually one of the abandoned. But even though, we are not alone.
