About JAM Vision Track3 ഐഗ്ലാസ് ഫ്രെയിം
JAM Vision Track3 എന്നത് പരിസ്ഥിതിയിൽ കുറഞ്ഞ ആഘാതം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന തരത്തിൽ രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്ത ഒരു കണ്ണടയുടെ ഫ്രെയിം ആണ്. മുൻഭാഗങ്ങളും അഗ്രഭാഗങ്ങളും അഡിറ്റീവ് മാനുഫാക്ചറിംഗ് സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് PA11 ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്, ഇത് വസ്തുനഷ്ടം പരിമിതപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. ടെമ്പിളുകളും ബ്രിഡ്ജും പൂർണ്ണമായും റീസൈക്കിൾ ചെയ്ത സ്റ്റെയിൻലെസ് സ്റ്റീലിൽ നിന്ന് ലേസർ കട്ട് ചെയ്തതാണ്. ഓരോ ഫ്രെയിമും ഡിമാൻഡ് അനുസരിച്ചാണ് നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നത്, അതിനാൽ സ്റ്റോക്കും അധിക ഉൽപ്പാദനവും ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. എല്ലാ ഭാഗങ്ങളും സോൾഡറോ പശയോ ഇല്ലാതെ യാന്ത്രികമായി ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു, അതിനാൽ ഒരു ഭാഗം തകർന്നാൽ അത് മാത്രം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും. പേറ്റന്റ് നേടിയ ഒരു മാഗ്നറ്റിക് ഹിഞ്ച് സ്ക്രൂകളുടെ ആവശ്യകത ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നു, കൂടാതെ ഇത് 100,000 മടക്കൽ ചക്രങ്ങളിലൂടെ പ്രകടനത്തിൽ യാതൊരു കുറവുമില്ലാതെ പരീക്ഷിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. പൂർണ്ണമായ ഫ്രെയിമിന് 20 ഗ്രാമിൽ താഴെ മാത്രമേ ഭാരം ഉള്ളൂ.

- Unique Properties
- The Eyewear is fully sustainable, economical, made on demand, and innovative. Thanks to additive manufacturing and Laser cut stainless steel 100% recycled, made on demand, the project is eco-responsible without creating wasted product. Thanks to the patented simple hinges and the clipping system, it could be assembled even by the end user ! Also, as the patented hinge is based on magnetic elements, the hinge is life lasting (100.000 folding test has been made, without any loss performance !)

- Design Challenge
- When we decided to launch a brand, we decided that the footprint of this line needs to be as minimum as possible. The eyewear industry use to work with classical soustractive solution (80% of the raw material is trashed), and fixed assembly solution (riveted, soldered, shouted). We decided to start with a brand new method, work in additive, source only eco responsible material, and mechanical easy assembly, to eventually leave the customer to do it by himself.
- Inspiration
- We were inspired by Ikea, for the easy assembly, and also by the old metal toys to be bend and assembly. Then, lines are inspired by minimalism Japanese spirit, and engineering achievement that we learnt working with some high-end customer (like McLaren). Hinges came thanks to my passion for magnets
- Project Duration
- 8 months of creation and pre-production, designed in Lyon, France
- Operation Flow
- This frame is obtained by easy assembly between parts after high personalization of each parts, made on demand, without high stock. All the elements are easy to remove in order to replace just one part in case of breakage. The hinge itself has been tested with 100.000 folding, without any reduction of performance, which push the boundaries of every other ones resistance.
