About Orchard Stone House താമസസ്ഥലം
ഓർച്ചാർഡ് സ്റ്റോൺ ഹൗസ് കിഴക്കൻ ബൾഗേറിയയിലെ ഒരു പഴത്തോട്ടത്തിലെ തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കായി താൽക്കാലിക താമസസൗകര്യമായി നിർമ്മിച്ച ഒരു വസതിയാണ്. പ്രകൃതി സൗന്ദര്യം നിറഞ്ഞ ഒരു പരിസരത്ത്, ഈ ഭവനം താമസ ഇടങ്ങളും ജോലിസ്ഥലവും പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. വടക്കുഭാഗത്ത് സ്റ്റാറ പ്ലാനിന പർവ്വതനിരയിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരക്കാഴ്ചകൾ ലഭ്യമാകുമ്പോൾ, കിഴക്കുഭാഗത്തുള്ള ഒരു തടാകം അനേകം വന്യപക്ഷികളുടെ ആവാസകേന്ദ്രമാണ്. തെക്കുപടിഞ്ഞാറ് ഭാഗത്ത് ഒരു വിശാലമായ പഴത്തോട്ടം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഒരു അണ്ടിപ്പരിപ്പിന്റെ ഘടനയെ അനുകരിച്ചാണ് ഈ രൂപകൽപ്പന നിർവഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്, ഉൾഭാഗത്തെ ചുറ്റിപ്പിടിക്കുന്ന ബലിഷ്ഠമായ ഒരു ജോടി കൽഭിത്തികളോടെ. കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഘടനയ്ക്ക് സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നു തന്നെ ഖനനം ചെയ്ത കല്ലുകൊണ്ടാണ് പുറംഭാഗം ആവരണം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. വാസയോഗ്യമായ വിസ്തീർണ്ണം 300 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്ററാണ്.

- Unique Properties
- The building serves as a temporary accommodation for the workers on a fruit orchard.
Project’s goal was to provide ample accommodation and work space located in an area of outstanding beauty. There are long distance views towards the Stara Planina Mountain to north. A lake stretching to east is a home for a number of wild birds. At Southwest lays the large orchard.
Concept for the building draws clues from nuts structure with robust pair of stone wall - Dimensions & Packaging

- House is inspired by the incredible setting and views and the surrounding almond trees orchard. Use of the stone quarried of the site informed the building design too.
