User testing and feedback refined the interface and chatbot's conversational capabilities. Interviews, and user testing with prototypes provided valuable insights. Users desired personalized, non-judgmental support. They appreciated Nico's tracking, insights, and adaptive conversation. Findings shaped Nico's empathetic, intelligent, goal-oriented design. This research impacted Nico's user-friendly interface, motivating and guiding users. It contributes to healthier societies and advances health app design.

Guided by robust research evidence demonstrating AI's effectiveness in quitting support, I designed Nico. Nico reflects my belief in leveraging technology to foster meaningful change and address societal challenges like nicotine addiction.
