About Both Boutique & Music ബൊട്ടീക്ക്, റെക്കോർഡ് സ്റ്റോർ ഇന്റീരിയർ
ബൊട്ടീക്ക് ആൻഡ് മ്യൂസിക് എന്നത് ഷാങ്ഹായിയിലെ റെഡ് ടൗണിലുള്ള ഒരു റീട്ടെയിൽ ഇന്റീരിയർ പ്രോജക്റ്റാണ്, മുൻപ് ഒരു ഇരുമ്പ് ഫാക്ടറിയായിരുന്ന ഈ പ്രദേശം ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു ശില്പകലാ ജില്ലയായി മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു. രണ്ട് നിലകളിലായി 370 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്റർ വിസ്തൃതിയുള്ള ഒരു ബൊട്ടീക്കും 170 ചതുരശ്ര മീറ്റർ വിസ്തൃതിയുള്ള ഒരു മ്യൂസിക് സ്റ്റോറും ഈ പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. പാശ്ചാത്യവും പൗരസ്ത്യവും, പഴയതും പുതിയതും, നിശ്ചലവും ചലനാത്മകവും തമ്മിലുള്ള വൈരുദ്ധ്യം എന്ന ആശയത്തിലാണ് ഡിസൈൻ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ലോകമെമ്പാടുമുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളെ കൂട്ടിയിണക്കുന്ന ഒരു പാലമായാണ് ബൊട്ടീക്കിനെ പരിഗണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്, അതേസമയം ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവർത്തനത്തെ ചുറ്റിപ്പറ്റിയാണ് മ്യൂസിക് സ്റ്റോർ ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രാദേശിക നിവാസികൾക്കിടയിൽ പരസ്പര ആശയവിനിമയം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി ചുറ്റുമുള്ള കലാ പാർക്ക് പരിസരം അതേപടി നിലനിർത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

- Unique Properties
- Red Town is place where an ironworks in Shanghai was renovation.
This great outdoor hangout spot has itself into one of Shanghai’s most popular Sculpture art districts. With galleries, cafes, exhibition spaces and creative offices, Red Town makes a great place for casual meetings and quietly working off the grid. There is also a large grassy area for reading, relaxing, doodling, picnicing and whatever it is that people.
