About Aqua Ландшафтын дизайн

Aqua бол Туркийн Измир хотод байрлах шинэ орон сууцны хорооллын ландшафтын дизайн юм. Уг төсөл нь ойролцоогоор 12,800 квадрат метр талбайг хамарч, гурван хэсэгт хуваагдана: төв хэсэг, эгц хадан цохио хэсэг, урд фасад дахь худалдааны хэсэг. Төлөвлөгөө нь олон функцтэй ашиглалтыг дэмжиж, өөр өөр насны оршин суугчид болон зочдыг угтан авахаар зохион бүтээгдсэн байна. Хэсэг бүрт төлөвлөгдсөн үйл ажиллагаанд тохирохуйц өөр өөр хатуулагтай материалуудыг сонгосон. Ялгаатай хэлбэр, өнгө, текстур нь бүсүүдийг тусгаарлаж, ландшафтын үзэмжийг баяжуулна. Ус нь ногоон орон зайн төв элемент болгон ашиглагдсан.

Aqua Ландшафтын дизайн нь A' Design Award Төмөр шагналын ялагч бөгөөд сайн зохиогдсон бүтээлээс хүлээгддэг мэргэжлийн болон үйлдвэрлэлийн шаардлагыг хангасан сайн загварт олгодог нэр хүндтэй хүлээн зөвшөөрөлт юм. Төмөр ялагчид бүтээгчдийнхээ агуу ур чадвар, өндөр мэргэшил, мэргэжилтний ойлголт, бүтээлч чадавхийг харуулдаг. Aqua Ландшафтын дизайн нь өндөр үнэлэгдсэн, биширсэн, хайрласан, практик, шинэлэг бүтээл байх болно гэж хүлээгддэг. Төмөр шагнал хүртсэн энэ загвар нь салбарын шилдэг туршлагыг нэгтгэж, мэдлэг, авьяастай холбогдсон чадварлаг техникийн шинж чанартай. Unique Properties: Aqua is a Lanscape Project of a new residential site located in İzmir, Turkey. İn this area, social diversity is a great opportunity for bringing a different joy to people of different age.The ambition has been to create an inclusive and democratic space, welcoming the residents and visitors alike. One of the main aspect is to have multifunctional use and divide the area in a useful way.The design brightens the space with using vivid colors and organically combines the characteristic landscape.
Dimensions & Packaging: Aqua is a Project which has approxemetly 12 thousand 800 square meters of landscape area. It’s divided into 3 different parts. Such as; middle part, the cliffy prow part and the commercial part in the front facade.

Production Technology: As materials; we designed different hardnesses of materials in different types of usage to fit the activities planned to take place on them. With using contrast forms, colors and textures we divided the area and it also gave richness to the landcape scenes.
Design Challenge: Our Aqua project is mostly designed according to customers’ needs while adding a plus value to what realty offered. So it has to be suitable for diverse age groups and social status. Designing different parts of the site and dividing them into types of usage was our main challenge.
Inspiration: Our ultimate goal is to change the area to a living space with combining also company’s ideals by turning them into inviting, inclusive green area where site residents can gather together. For us, people are the most important presence in the communal landscape. The project was designed with the wishes and needs of the people who will live on the site in mind. Our Aqua project is divided into different sections accoring to needs of people who will use the area.
Project Duration: The architectural project started in April 2017, but landcape and garden part still under construction. Aqua located in the west of Turkey, İzmir. İzmir is a city which is surronded by the sea, unfortunately , aqua project isn't near to the sea at all. So, we tried to create a space which has water element as a feeling and also in reality.
