Чэнду Ронгюй Чунси Роуд нь Чэнду хотын гол худалдааны бүсэд байрлах борлуулалтын төв юм. Дотоод засал нь 5015.48 хавтгай дөрвөлжин метр талбайг хамарч, хоёр орон сууцны цамхаг болон оршин суух барилгуудын төлөвлөгөөг үйлчилдэг. Туршлагад суурилсан үйлчилгээ нь төслийн гол сэдэв бөгөөд орон зай тус бүрийг ирээдүйн амьдралын хэв маягтай харилцан үйлчлэхийг зочдод санал болгосон дүр зураг мэт зохион байгуулсан байна. Загвар нь уламжлалт соёлыг орчин үеийн загвартай хослуулж, байгалийн хэлбэрээс сэдэвлэсэн Арт Нуво (Art Nouveau) хээ угалзыг ашигласан. Ашигласан материалд цагаан гантиг чулуу, нүүрстөрөгчийн ган, шүргэлэгдсэн гадаргуутай зэвэрдэггүй ган, урлагийн шил болон бор саарал өнгийн шүргэлэгдсэн метал багтдаг.

Unique Properties: Located in chengdu's main commercial center, the project USES striking modern architectural design to enhance the influence of this global brand. The overall planning is to serve the community with commercial services. 2 apartments + residential buildings are planned. Taking "experiential service" as the core theme, it presents and interacts with the future life style.

Design Challenge: Infusing scene building allows customers to bring their emotions into the space De-marketing, with more emphasis on inner communication On the cultural and spiritual level, the future life style is presented in interaction
Research: Create different scene experience for customers!
Inspiration: Give consideration to traditional culture and modern fashion design. Combined with the needs of The Times, it makes possible everything from the mechanical aesthetics of the Empire State Building with its rich lines and contours to the penetration of the fashion world and becoming a fashion icon.
Project Duration: The project finished in October, 2019.
Operation Flow: Through the selection of art Nouveau movement designers and the "modernization" of elements extracted from certain Rococo styles (such as fire and shell textures), in place of historical and high Victorian radical structures or realistic naturalistic decorations. Art Nouveau advocated the use of highly programmed natural elements as inspiration for creation and resources to expand "natural" elements.
