About Boyue Palace Борлуулалтын төв

Боюэ Палас нь Хятадын Шэньжэнь хотын Экспо Бэй дүүрэгт байрлах борлуулалтын төв бөгөөд 2022 оны 5-р сард ашиглалтад орсон. Дотоод орон зай нь 648 ам метр талбайтай бөгөөд металл, чулуу, арьс болон модон өнгөлгөө ашигласан. Улбар шар болон ногоон өнгийн лааны сууриуд жигд бус байрлалаар өлгөгдсөн нь Шэньжэний зам дагуу ургадаг баньян модны үндэс, ороонго ургамлыг санагдуулна. Хөвдөн ландшафтын том хана нь энгийн ханын гадаргууг орлож байна. Хөвөн, маалинган хивс, муруй хэлбэрийн тавилга, ханын зураг болон ургамлууд тайван орчинг бүрдүүлдэг. Энэхүү дизайн нь байгалийн экологийг хотын амьдралтай холбож, зочдод уусан шингэх мэдрэмж бүхий туршлагыг санал болгодог.

Unique Properties: In the pursuit of making Boyue Palace a global cosmopolitan hub that merges social interaction, leisure, ecology, and arts, the designer strives to use natural ecology to activate young, dynamic and diverse living scenes, and convey the pure natural aesthetics. By doing this, it is possible to give individuals a rich immersive experience as well as greatly enhance its commercial value.

Production Technology: Metal, stone, leather, wood finish, etc.
Design Challenge: From the beginning to the end, the interior visually responds to the forms of nature, presenting cascading forms in accordance with nature. The iterations of the mountains are restored by the stone installation, which returns to the simplicity of nature. With wood geometry interspersed, the transitional space is full of interest under the linkage of nature and art, thus achieving the harmony and symbiosis between natural ecology and urban development.
Research: Shenzhen Expo Bay, also known as the World Exhibition Capital and the Bay Area Economic Giant, is undoubtedly the representative to Shenzhen's bay region. The Boyue Palace, which is situated here, is naturally endowed with the ecological environment and urban vitality brought about by its humanistic geographical location.
Inspiration: Inspired by the positioning concepts of city living room and natural ecology, the designer integrates the humanistic heritage of the Shenzhen Expo Bay with the international identity coordinates, to realize natural inclusiveness and promote upward vitality.
Project Duration: The project is located in Shenzhen, China and completed in May 2022.
Operation Flow: The thin-necked orange and green chandeliers in a disorderly array mimic the upside-down roots and vines of the banyan trees that can be seen on the roadside in Shenzhen, conveying a dynamic strength. The conventional spatial wall has been replaced with a huge mossy landscape wall, which evokes the endless vitality of natural growth. Elegant carpets made of cotton and linen, curved furniture, art wall paintings, and lush vegetation all embody the free lifestyle and give the space a calming vibe.
