Далайн эрэг рүү харсан сууцны дотоод дизайн нь орчин үеийн гоо зүй болон ашиглалтын чанарыг амжилттай хослуулан, эв найртай амьдрах орчныг бүрдүүлсэн. Дизайны элементүүд нь хоёр бага насны хүүхэд болон ахмад настай хүмүүстэй гэр бүлд ая тухтай, дотно уур амьсгалыг бий болгоход хувь нэмэр оруулдаг. Төсөл нь оршин суугчдад хөл хөдөлгөөн ихтэй хотын дунд байхдаа далайн эргийн тайван гоо үзэмжээс таашаал авах боломжийг олгох практик бөгөөд үзэсгэлэнтэй амьдрах орчныг бүрдүүлэх зорилготой. Энэ нь орчин үеийн гоо зүй болон ашиглалтын чанарыг амжилттай хослуулан, бүхэл бүтэн гэр бүлийн хувьд эв найртай, тав тухтай орчныг бүрдүүлсэн байна.

Unique Properties: The sea-facing residential interior design of W.Residence successfully combines modern aesthetics with functionality, creating a harmonious living space. The design elements contribute to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for a family with two young children and elderly individuals.
Dimensions & Packaging: The interior design area is 166 square meters. The design layout consists of living room, dining room and 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 4 bathrooms.

Production Technology: The installation of a projector adds a touch of luxury and entertainment, providing residents with the ultimate visual and auditory experience. The lightweight furnishings offer spatial flexibility, allowing for easy rearrangement and adaptation to different needs and activities.

The curved false ceiling light troughs bring dimensionality to the space, adding visual interest and depth. The use of wooden panels and display shelves integrates natural elements into the design, creating a warm and organic feel. Additionally, the hidden corridor doors contribute to a minimalist style, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal.

The choice of soft beige hues throughout the space creates a sense of unity and tranquility. The organic furnishings, such as the marble table and leather chairs, add a natural and tactile element, further enhancing the overall sense of well-being in the space.
Design Challenge: Houses near the sea must tackle humidity's impact on living spaces. This includes damp proofing ceilings and walls to prevent moisture issues and managing indoor humidity effectively. The air conditioning layout should ensure proper placement of supply and return vents. Materials close to windows need sun protection to minimize heat gain, while ocean-reflecting tones and lighting should enhance the indoor atmosphere. Lastly, material choices and design should harmonize with the surrounding environment for a cohesive experience.
Research: This study explores the impact of humidity on coastal residential spaces and proposes strategies for effective management. Key interventions include damp proofing ceilings and walls to prevent moisture-related issues and implementing methods for controlling indoor humidity levels. The research emphasizes the importance of an optimized air conditioning layout, ensuring proper placement of supply and return vents. Additionally, it highlights the need for sun protection treatments on materials near windows to minimize heat gain, while also addressing the adjustment of tones and lighting to reflect the ocean's influence on indoor atmosphere. She is like a guiding light, providing a brilliant beacon for lost vessels.The vast, tumultuous ocean is like an endless stage. Amidst this expansive sea, Stella exists as a shining star. She is unlike an ordinary female figure, possessing an ethereal, mysterious quality."
Project Duration: The project is completed in Jul. 2023 in Hong Kong.
Operation Flow: The open plan layout of the living, dining, and kitchen areas allows for a seamless flow of movement throughout the spaces. This design choice promotes interaction and connectivity among family members, facilitating bonding and meaningful moments. It also creates a welcoming ambiance for guests, enveloping them with warmth and genuine hospitality.
