Куньмин Юлун Бэй нь борлуулалтын төв болон амралт зугаалгын клубын дотоод засал чимэглэлийн төсөл юм. Удирдах үзэл баримтлал нь хотын доторх арын цэцэрлэг бөгөөд ногоон өнгө нь орон зайн гол элемент болдог.
