About Van Gogh's Gladioli Kalung
Gladioli Van Gogh adalah kalung buatan tangan yang diilhamkan oleh lukisan bunga karya Vincent van Gogh. Kalung ini dibuat daripada emas 18 karat dan dihiasi dengan batu permata semula jadi, termasuk sitrin cair, ruby dan morganite. Kepelbagaian bunga ditonjolkan melalui pelbagai rona dan warna batu permata tersebut. Ukiran halus pada emas menggambarkan tulang tengah dan urat daun. Garis luarnya mengikut ketidaksimetrian dan keseimbangan yang terdapat dalam alam semula jadi. Ciptaan ini ringan dan selesa untuk dipakai.

- Handmade necklace made with the best raw material : gold 18k and natural gemstones.. The diversity of the flowers is represented in the gemstones’ different hues and colors. Delicate carvings in the gold represent the leaves’ midrib and veins. Nature’s asymmetry and balance can be seen in the jewels’ delicate contours making it both bold and striking to the human eye.

- This is a jewel full of details: lines that scratch the metal, imitating the grooves of the leaves. There are galleries all over the necklace to hide the links that give IT a trim. But the big challenges were controlling the colors (a rare combination of salmon pink, intense red and light yellow) and balancing such an asymmetrical design, where harmony and beauty are perceived even without symmetry.
- Research
- After extensive research on Van Gogh's paintings (there are almost 2000 works), the painting was chosen that would be the inspiration for the design. Then research was carried out on the painted tree (understanding of what the painter saw to be inspired). Realized the ideal design of the piece and choice of the ideal materials for execution.
