About The Hub Pembangunan Pelancongan Kegunaan Campuran
The Hub merupakan pembangunan kegunaan campuran yang direka bentuk untuk pelancongan di Healesville, Victoria, Australia. Projek ini menggabungkan pasar warisan, pusat epikurean, kilang bir, hotel, restoran dan pusat majlis. Satu laluan pejalan kaki menghubungkan semua kegunaan merentasi tapak seluas enam ekar tersebut. Bangunan-bangunan direka bentuk secara berperingkat menurun untuk mengikut topografi, dan bahan-bahan bumi mengaitkan pembangunan ini dengan landskap sekeliling. Konsep reka bentuk ini membawa suasana luaran ke dalam serta membuka tapak kepada pengunjung yang berjalan kaki. Hasratnya adalah untuk menyokong pelancongan tempatan sambil mengekalkan ciri khas kejiranan tersebut.

- using the nature of the site and location inspired us to open up the design and engage pedestrian. however, materials used will reflect the connection of the project with the surrounding and add more value with using earth materials

- the hardest part is to satisfy neighborhood character and people lives within, it was about 3000 objection of which withdrawn after understanding the benefits and quality contribution of the project. this considered to be huge value

- marketing research regarding tourism has been undertaking together with business plan, the research indicated that Healesville one of the best areas attract people with high taste on food and wine
- Inspiration
- the motivation of my design is the happiness of human been, with all the pressure of our life, its nice to provide people hub that will take people away from the routine and enjoy the country life style with the best food and wine and shopping
healthy life is the key of our happiness, mixed with comfortable building that accommodate sustainability and enjoy normal life with healthy environment- main philosophy is to bring outside in - Project Duration
