About Regeneration Kotak Pembungkusan Teh Bunga

Regeneration ialah kotak pembungkusan yang direka khas untuk teh bunga. Kotak ini diperbuat daripada bahan yang sepenuhnya boleh terbiodegradasi, termasuk kanji daripada sumber tumbuhan yang boleh diperbaharui, kertas mesra alam dan gam yang boleh terurai. Biji benih bunga diletakkan di dalam struktur kotak tersebut. Selepas teh diseduh, beg teh yang telah digunakan boleh diletakkan semula ke dalam kotak dan ditanam di dalam tanah. Kotak dan beg teh tersebut akan terurai menjadi nutrien yang membantu biji benih membesar menjadi bunga. Reka bentuk ini mengubah sisa teh dan pembungkusan terpakai menjadi pengalaman penanaman yang mudah serta mengurangkan pembaziran.

Unique Properties: Tea residue is rich in the organics that is necessary for the plant, but it is not easy to be collected for growing. In this design, it’s made of the completely biodegradable materials, and it’s equipped with the flower seeds on the package shell. When people finish drinking tea, they can put the tea bag and the package shell into the soil. They are disposed into nutrients in the soil, which helps the flower’s seeds inside grow and generate into flowers again.
Dimensions & Packaging: Outer packaging specifications: height 120mm, width 190mm, length 200mm
Small tea bag packaging specifications: height 75mm, width 80mm, length 85mm
Tea bag specifications: height 55mm, width 58mm, length 70mm

Production Technology: The main raw material of this design is the starch raw material proposed by renewable plant resources (such as corn), which itself is a fully degradable material (currently, straws are thrown into the field and degraded into organic fertilizer in rural areas). The environmentally-friendly paper needed for packaging is bonded with fully degradable glue, and other additives are natural resins, non-toxic, harmless and environmentally friendly degradable materials.
Design Challenge: The most difficult part of the research is to verify the feasibility of the material technology, the time spent is very long, the cost of changing the material technology, the difficulty of packaging production, and the acceptance of people in real life. These are all It is the consideration point of this design study.
Research: Sustainable Design Research Type
Research goals: 1. How the tea drinkers deal with tea residues 2. Existing materials and techniques for making tea packaging and environmentally friendly materials that can be used
Research methods: 1. Field survey data analysis 2. Online data collection
Research results: Most of the surveyed people will choose to discard the tea residue because it is not convenient to use. The tea packaging can be designed with completely degradable materials.
Inspiration: Through investigations,most people who drink tea find it difficult to reuse tea residues,and discarding is the main treatment method.From a design point of view,it is hoped that through design,people can increase environmental awareness and experience friendly planting,improve the material of scented tea packaging and add flower seeds,so that people can make better use of tea residues and packaging after drinking tea,and experience the fun of sowing.At the same time,it reduces waste generation.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2020 and ended in February 2021. Project duration: 3 months
Location: Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China
Operation Flow: After drinking the tea, people can put the brewed tea bag back into the tea bag packaging box, and then put it into the soil together. The degradable packaging box and tea bag can provide nourishment for the flower seeds in the packaging and help it complete Grow.
