About Logan TianLangWan Pusat Jualan Hartanah

Logan TianLangWan ialah pusat jualan hartanah yang terletak di bandar Zhongshan, meliputi kawasan seluas 650 meter persegi. Reka bentuk dalamannya bertujuan memberikan suasana seperti kediaman percutian peribadi dan bukannya rumah contoh konvensional. Cahaya matahari menjangkau keseluruhan ruang, dan setiap tingkap membingkai pemandangan langit dan air. Hiasan yang rumit serta skema warna yang seragam dielakkan demi pendekatan yang lebih ringkas. Warna dipilih untuk menyerlahkan ruang, dan perabot mengikut satu nuansa perasaan dan bukannya satu sistem tunggal. Bahan-bahan yang elegan serta beberapa karya seni pilihan mencipta suasana yang tenang dan peribadi.

Unique Properties: Every inch of the interior space can enjoy the moisture of the sun, and every window can see the beauty of the sky and water blend. When the designer put the design logic of traditional mansion in this space, he hesitated. The complicated decoration, unified color matching and luxurious materials are not the holiday lifestyle required by a Utopia.Therefore, the designer abandoned the conventional design ideas, and followed the concept of "Lees is more" to present a more private space.

Design Challenge: At the beginning of the design, the overall design was always wrong because the overall tonality positioning of the project was not clear enough and the whole design logic was considered with the inertia of the conventional sample room.Later stylist referred to foreign private curtilage and after outstanding household magazine, the direction that just lives in to private curtilage truly is forward and finish all ideas finally.
Research: Referring to the international famous private homes and a large number of home furnishing magazines, thinking about the real appearance of luxury private homes.
Inspiration: Project is located in zhongshan city, 22 degrees north latitude location make it four spring-like, sunny, gulf islands at the same time also has advantaged resources, these are for the project can't copy the value of the designers decided to as a unique private homes, away from the city blatant, make people relax, temporarily escape reality utopia.
Project Duration: 8.2020-1.2021, located in ZhongShan city.
Operation Flow: 1. Break the fixed color collocation, use color to serve the space and create a real feeling of home.2. Furniture does not have a unified system, but only a unified feeling to create a sense of isolation.3. In order to avoid the rustic feeling that may be brought by comfort, elegant materials are used in the home to create a hidden sense of luxury.4. Choose works of art with less decoration and a stronger sense of collection to create a sense of collection.
