About Wenzhou Vanke Center Bangunan Komersial dan Pejabat

Wenzhou Vanke Center ialah sebuah bangunan komersial dan pejabat di Daerah Lucheng, Wenzhou, China. Reka bentuk ini mengaplikasikan idea bandar Shan-shui, membawa elemen tradisional China seperti buluh, bukit, anak sungai dan laluan ke dalam sebuah struktur moden. Plat seramik, kepingan aluminium dan kaca bercetak membentuk fasad, dengan air terjun berlampu, tangga berbentuk batu dan bentuk buluh aluminium. Sebuah dataran tepi air dan tangga besar menghubungkan kedai-kedai dengan taman-taman berdekatan, manakala pokok-pokok di sebelah timur mengurangkan bunyi bising. Trek larian di tingkat atas menyediakan ruang untuk bersenam dan berehat.

Unique Properties: Wenzhou Vanke Center is located in the central core area of Lucheng District, where the Wenzhou city's top resources and supporting infrastructures are.The basic concept of the design is to create a Shan-shui City, trying to bring traditional Chinese aesthetic elements such as bamboos, hills, streams, mounts, and paths back to the modern building.

Production Technology: ceramic plate, metallic aluminium sheet, printed glass
Design Challenge: The user's comfort is an important consideration in the design. How to add naturally ventilated window sashes to the facade of glass curtain wall was one of the problems to be solved in this project. The designer finally hided the window in the aluminum line, which not only emphasized the rhythm of the facade, but also provided the possibility for the internal wall setting.
Inspiration: Chinese traditional paitings are the most important inspiration for the design. With a lighting waterfall, stone-shaped steps and aluminum bamboos, the building calls back the old times using modern materials.
Project Duration: The project started in November 2018 in Wenzhou and finished in September 2020 in Wenzhou,China.
Operation Flow: In order to secure the building functions better, waterfront square and big steps are set on the west side to connect the commerce with the surrounding parks, attract people and increase the vitality of the business; On the east side, trees are used to isolate the noise on the outside and provide a quiet place for work. A runway is set on the top floor of the tower to provide a place for workers to exercise and rest.
