Arte Residence ialah sebuah bangunan kediaman dua puluh tingkat yang terletak di pantai Torres, sebuah kawasan perbandaran di negeri Rio Grande do Sul, di bahagian paling selatan Brazil. Pembangunan ini mempunyai dua puluh tingkat dengan dua apartmen pada setiap tingkat, berjumlah 200.00 meter persegi kawasan persendirian bagi setiap apartmen. Dari segi bentuk, struktur ini terdiri daripada monolit menegak yang besar dengan set satah mendatar yang ekspresif, tersusun dalam separuh aras di mana balkoni-balkoni besar menghadap ke laut terletak. Seni binanya tenang, di mana kematerialan konkrit dan kayu mempamerkan keasliannya.

- In terms of volume, the structure consists in a large vertical monolith with an expressive set of horizontal planes, arranged in half levels, where large balconies facing the sea are located. The architecture is serene, where the materiality of exposed concrete and wood show its authenticity.

- The development is a residential building with twenty floors, with two apartments per floor. Totaling 200.00 square meters of private area in each apartment, all with three suites and large social areas. The total area of the Development is 9,936.38 square meters.

- In this building, we value the quality and authenticity of the products and finishes. For this purpose, exposed concrete, wood and ceramic tiles were used.
