Hope ialah cincin simbolik yang diperbuat daripada dua bahagian yang disatukan oleh engsel, membolehkan bahagian atasnya dibuka seperti kotak kecil. Permukaan luarnya diselaputi enamel hitam yang melambangkan kegelapan. Permukaan dalamnya pula dihiasi berlian yang disusun dalam bentuk segi tiga, dengan sebiji berlian kuning di tengah-tengah yang melambangkan matahari dan hari-hari yang lebih cerah. Sebuah bukaan segi empat kecil di bahagian atas reka bentuk membolehkan berlian kuning itu dilihat. Cincin ini diperbuat daripada perak bersalut emas dan berukuran 2.5 kali 2.5 kali 4 sentimeter.
