About The New Botol Air Boleh Guna Semula

The New ialah botol air boleh guna semula yang direka sebagai alternatif kepada produk plastik pakai buang. Badannya diperbuat daripada keluli tahan karat 304, manakala lapisan dalamannya diperbuat daripada keluli tahan karat 316. Badan berbentuk kon menyokong genggaman yang selesa untuk tangan pelbagai saiz. Nisbah antara penutup dan panjang badan botol ialah 1 kepada 8, satu perkadaran yang diilhamkan daripada Vitruvian Man karya Leonardo da Vinci. Penutup boleh diangkat menggunakan dua jari. Bibir botol mempunyai ketebalan 13.8 mm, menjadikannya mudah untuk minum semasa dalam perjalanan. Botol ini berukuran 70 kali 70 kali 250 mm.

Unique Properties: NIO The New Bottle aims to advocate environmental protection towards consumers. It features re-usability and attractive appearance to encourage less use of disposable plastic products. Based on the precise mechanics design, the ratio of its conical bottle body and bottle lid stands at 1:8. The bottle rim is 13.8mm thick suitable for drinking water.
Dimensions & Packaging: 70*70*250mm
Production Technology: The body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the interior is made of 316 stainless steel liner.
Design Challenge: The design challenge is to balance function and aesthetics. Designers employ mechanics analysis and ergonomic design for the body, joint and cap, so that whatever the size of hand, users can easily grab any part of the bottle, lift it up and hold it firmly.
Research: Our research on 30 tumblers reveals that almost all tumblers in the market are straight and squat, thus difficult for girls with smaller hands to use.
By observing the user behaviors and with feedback from test use, we have concluded that tumblers need to be minimalized. The New Bottle, eliminating all redundant and useless functions, focuses on the extreme experience of drinking, making environment protection simple and fashionable.
Inspiration: Inspired by the Vitruvian Man by Leonardo da Vinci, designers applied the 1/8 cap-to-body ratio in length to achieve a delicate balance of power and aesthetics.
Project Duration: Starting the project in August 2018, first sale in February 2020.
Operation Flow: The conical bottle body also ensures good hand feel of grip while the bottle lid of UFO styling can be lifted easily with only two fingers. Moreover, the bottle rim is 13.8mm thick which is even easy for drinking on the road.
