Ekspresi reka bentuk yang benar-benar halus bukanlah terletak pada gaya yang mencolok dan menonjol, tetapi pada penyembuhan dan penghormatan kepada kelima-lima deria. Dalam proses pengubahsuaian rumah lama, pereka bentuk tidak mengenal lelah dalam menyelidik ciri-ciri persekitaran dan memperkenalkan pemandangan malam Taipei 101 yang terbentang luas ke dalam ruang dalaman. Melalui penguasaan mahir terhadap bahan, perkadaran, warna dan perincian lain untuk menjadikan kehidupan penghuni lebih selesa dan mengagumkan.

Unique Properties: With the regained spatial height after completing the foundation work, ceiling-type concealed air conditioning units and dehumidification equipment were installed to effectively regulate the indoor air and humidity quality.

At the same time, in the public area, we hope to introduce the beautiful scenery of Taipei 101 into the interior of the building. In order to separate the living space from the hustle and bustle of the city, and to derive a relaxed and natural purpose, the designer has formulated a refined and elegant tone from the characteristics of the media and the movement, so that the homeowners can return home after a hectic work schedule and completely relax, share time with their families, and enjoy a blissful home life.

Production Technology: With a rather restrictive ceiling height, about 220cm under the beam, and after the whole interior was demolished, it was found that under the original floor were the original floor tiles, which were not dismantled but repeatedly covered over, at about 15cm in depth. Therefore, after the floor was removed, the foundation work was redone and strengthened. At the same time, the leakproofing and waterproofing work was carried out to deal with the water leakage problem. The dampness of the environment requires the use of materials and equipment for moisture resistance and dehumidification.
Design Challenge: The light source of the entire residence, whether recessed, projector or indirect lighting, mainly used LEDs, which not only saves energy but also responds to the environmental protection demands of green living. The use of natural solid wood materials, low formaldehyde system panels, and environmentally friendly emulsion paints allows the homeowners and the family to enjoy a healthy and safe living quality, and provides for a comfortable and healthy living quality for the interior environment.
Research: In the planning of the main living quarters, the designer emphasizes the dialogue between light and shadows and the dynamics of life, and leveraged a large-scale main wall with continuous windows to introduce outdoor city scenery and broaden the feeling of space. The main wall of the dining room is designed with a faux-stone melamine board panel and a concealed doorway. The female homeowners shoe cabinet and electronic closet are planned on the right, while the male homeowners shoe cabinet and closet are planned on the left. In order to separate the dynamics of the kitchen, an open bar cleverly divides the visual field and maintains the open expression of the dining and kitchen space, emphasizing the open and transparent space.
Inspiration: The spatial planning is based on the idea of respecting the environment, and the materials and colors are harmoniously blended to reflect the nature of the place and respond to the lifestyle of the residents. The generous flow opens up the view and allows the mind to be in tune with the breathing landscape, leading residents to think and face urban life from different angles.
Project Duration: The project finished in September 2022 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: The male homeowner works in the technology industry and the female homeowner works in the banking industry, and only live together during weekends and public holidays. Therefore, the interior space belongs to the dynamic function and style of the womans needs. Considering the fact that the female homeowner has plenty of clothes and shoes, she wants to create a relaxed and burden-free image through the space, so many storage spaces are concealed and a separate dressing room was designed. The original three-bedroom space has been redesigned into a layout of 2 bedrooms, 1living room, 1 dining room, a dressing room and 2 bathrooms.
