Past Precious Times ialah reka bentuk dalaman untuk sebuah kediaman persendirian seluas 740 meter persegi. Susun atur ini mengekalkan struktur asas kediaman tradisional dan memendekkan jarak antara penghuni dengan suasana dalaman. Kawasan fungsian disatukan tanpa sempadan yang jelas, sekali gus memperluas ruang untuk aktiviti bersama. Tingkap besar dari lantai ke siling pada fasad yang terdedah kepada cahaya matahari membawa masuk cahaya semula jadi.
