Reka bentuk ini mengambil inspirasi daripada budaya tradisional Wuyue China di Jingjiang serta kaitannya dengan unsur air. Elemen pasar komersial terusan kuno dan kraf tekstil tempatan diabstrakkan dan diperhalusi melalui kaedah reka bentuk moden.
