Next Collection ialah kompleks kediaman yang direka bentuk berdasarkan lanskap Green Cape. Bangunan ini terdiri daripada tiga sayap bebas yang terletak di atas podium yang menempatkan sebuah taman. Bumbung digunakan sebagai kawasan sosial dengan sebuah restoran, bar dan kolam renang. Susun atur sayap-sayap ini menyokong aliran yang jelas antara apartmen dan taman di atas podium. Bahagian dalaman mengikut pendekatan minimalis dengan tema bahari dan palet warna yang tenang. Reka bentuk ini menggabungkan bentuk organik dengan topografi sekeliling.
